You can safely delete the workdispatcher. If you cannot open Repetier-Server in your browser, this may be due to a faulty request in the work dispatcher that is read at startup. While this is half the area of my Prusa i3 printer, many of the things I need to print for the RC hobby fit perfectly into the smaller print area of the Fabrikator. If you see the line with RepetierServer.xml, then the server is at least running.
